How innovative is your CS7 pager :

The CS Series of pagers comprising the CS6 and the CS7 is a brand new innovation that has been developed by LRS. This new platform technology comes from the original patent holder and inventor of the coaster call pager - LRS. While a cursory glance at the CS7 might be simply dismissed as a nice case assembly, the CS7 goes much further than that, indeed it renders avery other customer type of pager obsolete overnight. The CS7 actually knows when it received a message and can reply back to the transmitter - the ONLY pager that does this - our competitors? Oh they still use out of date old designs that are one way only.

How can I protect my investment in Pagers against loss :

We have three methods of protecting pagers from being taken or lost in our systems. Firstly we have an anti-theft mode that sets the pager off once you go beyond a set range (determined by you). Secondly, we have a device called the Bulldog that can make any of our pagers alarm if someone inadvertently takes a pager through an exit door. Lastly, for pagers that have been left in the building but you can't find them we have a special mode on the transmitter to locate each and every pager, so it's easy to walk around and collect them for return to the charger when not in use.

How easy is it to add more pagers and is there a limit :

Our paging systems are extremely simple and low cost to expand to up to 9999 pagers so it's likely you will never run out of expandability. To add more pagers (unlike All-in-One Systems) you simply plug in another charger (each one holds up to 5 pagers) and place the new pagers in the charger and that's it! Our system can even auto renumber if so desired; if you want to move pagers between departments or restaurants no problem, simply place them in the alternative department and renumber them as easily as pressing a button; for low cost expandability our systems are the leaders.

What size of site is the maximum that your pagers can cover satisfactorily :

Our customer and patient pager systems typically have a range in open air of up to two miles. This is limited by OFCOM (in the UK) as maximum power for paging systems and no other company offers transmitters with a higher output than 2 watts in the United Kingdom for on-site paging systems as limited by law no matter what they say. However, range will reduce once you are indoors so we make an add-on device called a signal boost repeater that can 'chain' the signal again for up to two miles. In this way, we have easily covered 1/2 square mile sites and larger, far larger  than many of our customers needs. But in the case of our PC Network Paging System we have UNLIMITED range worldwide. We use patented family paging that can use either the internet or SMS Texts to cell phones - as well as regular pagers. It's a unique solution that no other company offers. Whether you are a Restaurant or Hospital we've got you covered!

Can I have multiple departments or restaurants using the pagers independently :

Yes. Our systems can use up to 12 separate and distinct 'system ID's' that allow us to have as many as 12 completely independent non interfering paging systems within the same area. We can set up the system so that all systems communicate, some communicate with others or all systems are independent (or any combination). We have one of the most flexible solutions in the world pertaining to independent pager system use.

Who do you have in your portfolio as customers using your paging systems :

Honestly, we do NOT sell our paging solutions on the back of our clients. Our systems stand alone as the best there is and we can confirm that we supply a very substantial number of clients in many industries here in the UK. If you need reference sites regarding any system you are interested in we will provide you with a number of our customers that use our equipment every day in some cases since 2001. We are more than happy to provide information, but we respect our clients wishes, some of which involve very high security systems to some of the wealthiest people in the world - all using our paging communication solutions. We can provide happy customers from the UK and indeed from anywhere in the world.

I'm not sure how many pagers we need, can you help :

When you buy from our company we take you right through the products and features and benefits, the specifications of the system (if you need it), the FREE trial and installation of a system, through to staff training if necessary. As a premiere manufacturer we know our equipment better than any distributor will ever do and we can support each and every single aspect of the sales and after sales process to your satisfaction.

Does your equipment interfere with other equipment on site :

No it does not. We have a number of frequencies that we can use, all of which are fully authorised for use for on-site paging systems by OFCOM. Other paging systems do not use our custom protocol (language) to page and cannot ever communicate with our paging equipment by design.

Can we loan equipment to try :

We were the first company in the UK to develop free trials on paging equipment. Our free trials really are that - free! All we ask is that if the equipment is not for you then we need it back in as new condition - and that's not much to ask when we're loaning equipment to you to try. Many other companies used to 'drop off' a system and then a week later an invoice arrives in the post! We have never operated in that way and never will, our customers deserve the best experience of using our equipment and that's exactly what we provide. Can you advise how your systems are used in our department or restaurant :

Of course we can. In fact that's part of our training regime for customers that need it. Every system we manufacture can be configured (and usually is) for a custom installation that meets our customers requirements exactly - even fitting in to the customer or patient flow already in place if necessary; using the system is usually simple, but if you need training we're here for you and we offer the best training and support there is for every paging communications solution we offer.

What about Warranty :

Standard warranty on our systems is for three years, however we do offer an option for up to ten years on every new system. Some customers are happy with our standard warranty while others will opt for the extended warranty. We even have an option that covers pager replacement for damaged pagers - something competitors don't typically offer.
