A Free Trial of ALL Paging Systems
One thing we have learned over the years is that showing a system with a visit to a customer site is NOT the same as the customer using the equipment for an agreed period to ensure that the paging system is suitable for their needs. With slick salesmen coming on to your hospital or restaurant premises it's very easy to fall in to the trap of 'what you see is how it will work for you'; and in reality that is not always the case, indeed, often it's the exception.
So what did we do?
We do visit customers that insist on a face to face visit as we have done since this office opened in 2000; but while that is an option, we prefer to offer a free trial of any system we make so that you really do get a HANDS ON trial of equipment that you could be using for many years to come. Somehow a quick trip out to plug in a pager system and show it for about an hour seems to pale in to insignificance somewhat; there is NOTHING that compares with actually using the equipment; indeed, we were the first company manufacturing pagers to offer a completely free trial of equipment and competitors hated it; but we think that our customers deserve to know how good our systems are.
Do you get many systems back?
Actually we don't. Our return rate is one system in 103 systems that go out on trial, and typically that return is usually related to certain technical issues that cannot be resolved (even by us) on that particular site; however, it is such a small number of systems (less than 1%) that we still offer the free trial to potential customers without any real fear of rejected systems. That's because we are completely confident that not only will our communications solutions be the best solution for your needs, but it will be the best service and support too should you ever need it.
How do we proceed to get a free trial of your paging system?
We look forward to talking with you and discussing your requirements, where our expertise will really shine through to make your experience the best available from the paging industry.
